
Freddy Rivera brings over two decades of coaching experience and a deep passion for player development to NH Sportshouse. His impressive coaching career spans 20+ years, including 11 years at the high school level and leadership roles with four competitive club travel teams. Freddy’s expertise in guiding athletes is further demonstrated by his time as the 18U Head Coach for the USA Softball High Performance Program, where he mentored athletes with aspirations of competing on the international stage.
Throughout his career, Freddy has helped over 55 athletes advance to collegiate-level softball and baseball, equipping them with the skills and mindset needed for success both on and off the field. In addition to coaching, Freddy has an extensive background in various roles, including certified umpire, team manager, and recruiting coordinator, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the game from multiple perspectives.
Beyond athletics, Freddy serves as a Lead Transition Specialist, where he supports high school students with disabilities in building independence and achieving their goals. His commitment to mentorship, education, and athlete development makes him a valuable asset to the NH Sportshouse training team, dedicated to helping players elevate their performance and confidence at the plate.
