Kayla Baker brings leadership, passion, and a wealth of coaching experience to NH Sportshouse. Currently serving as the Head Softball Coach at New England College, Kayla is dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the field. Before joining NEC, Kayla served as the Head Softball Coach at Assabet Valley Technical High School, where she led and mentored student-athletes, emphasizing skill development and teamwork. In addition to her softball background, she also contributed as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Fitchburg State University, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to athletics. Kayla’s coaching philosophy focuses on fostering a positive, competitive environment where athletes are encouraged to reach their full potential. Her dedication to the student-athlete experience, strong recruiting values, and emphasis on character development make her an invaluable part of the NH Sportshouse team. A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Kayla holds an MBA from Fitchburg State University. She is excited to bring her knowledge, experience, and passion to help athletes elevate their game and grow in confidence.
