Athlete Development System (Foundations)

AGES: 9-11

This is where great athletes are built. We develop coordination, balance, and proper movement running, jumping, landing, and body control before bad habits form. Athletes gain confidence and stand out early. Building this now creates a lasting advantage, making future speed, strength, and skill development easier and more effective.

Athlete Development System (Performance)

AGES: 12-14

This is where athletes begin to separate themselves. As the game speeds up, strength, speed, and coordination must translate into performance. We connect training to sport so it shows up in games. Athletes gain power, react faster, and move with control under pressure, building confidence, consistency, and a clear competitive edge.

Athlete Development System (Elite)

AGES: 15+

At this stage, training must match high level play. We maximize speed, power, and sport specific performance so athletes can compete with confidence. Every session is intentional and challenging. Athletes become stronger, more explosive, and perform at a higher level, gaining the edge needed to succeed and stand out in competitive environments.

Power Hitting Lab

AGES: 9-18

A high-level hitting program combining physical and mental training to develop power, refine swing path, and strengthen approach at the plate. Designed for advanced travel and school ball athletes. Sessions include drills, long tee, and front toss, all within small group stations to build strength, technique, confidence, and consistency.
