Rob Andersen brings a wealth of collegiate coaching experience and a passion for player development to NH Sportshouse as a premier hitting instructor. A former Assistant Softball Coach at Merrimack College, Rob spent over a decade helping build a competitive program and developing high-level athletes. During his tenure, Andersen played a key role in guiding Merrimack to multiple postseason appearances, including an NEC Championship game appearance and the program’s first-ever NEC playoff berth. His teams consistently ranked among the top offensive units in their conference, highlighted by a .300 team batting average in 2018 and multiple All-Conference, All-Region, and Player of the Year honors. Known for his deep understanding of hitting mechanics and game strategy, Rob has helped develop numerous athletes who have succeeded at the collegiate level. In addition to his college coaching career, he has extensive experience as a youth hitting instructor and has coached with the East Coast Firecrackers organization. At NH Sportshouse, Rob is committed to helping athletes build confidence at the plate, refine their mechanics, and maximize their offensive potential.
