
Lily Rivera brings a strong blend of playing and coaching experience to NH Sportshouse as our Throwing Skills, Pitching, and Fielding Instructor. A standout former student-athlete at Gordon College, Lily started 145 games over her collegiate career, earning recognition as a two-time Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Second Team selection. She showcased her versatility and talent on the field with a .342 career batting average, .535 slugging percentage, and solid defensive performance across multiple infield positions.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Sport, and Wellness and earning her Master’s in Financial Analysis, Lily transitioned seamlessly into coaching. She spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Gordon College, developing athletes and contributing to the program’s success before being named the Head Softball Coach. Beyond her collegiate coaching, Lily has extensive experience in the travel softball circuit, working with programs such as the New Hampshire Comets, Seacoast Softball, and the New England Fusion Showcase team, where she played a key role in preparing athletes for collegiate competition.
Lily’s dedication to athlete development, combined with her leadership and hands-on approach, makes her an invaluable part of the NH Sportshouse softball instruction team. Her passion for teaching the fundamentals of the game and building well-rounded, confident players shines through in every session.
